London Day Retreat: Come Home to Yourself

Join me for a nourishing afternoon of yoga, breathwork, meditation and reflection to welcome the shift from Summer to Autumn. As the seasons shift, we’re invited to slow down, reconnect with ourselves, and return to what truly matters.
Throughout the afternoon I guide you through powerful, intuitive movement, meditation, and self-reflection.
Together, in a supportive space held by community, we will:

Begin in circle with an opportunity to speak, listen, and connect.
🌀 Move with Breath
Move through a juicy, nourishing 90-minute yin yoga practice.
🌙 Meditate & Visualise
Drop into stillness with guided meditations and visual journeys that help you connect to the version of yourself you’re evolving into for the brand new year ahead.
🖋 Self-Reflect & Journal
Take time to reflect, process, and integrate what’s surfaced — guided journaling prompts will be offered to support deeper insight.
✨ Set intentions for the remainder of the year
Close the session by anchoring your energy with thoughtful intentions with the rest of the group.
Your ticket will include a yummy snack, a new journal to work with throughout the session and a carefully curated goody bag.
