Flow through a juicy, nourishing 90-minute yoga practice.

🌙 Guided Meditation & Visualisation
Drop into stillness with guided meditations and visual journeys that help you connect to the version of yourself you’re evolving into for the brand new year ahead.

🖋 Self-Reflection & Journaling
Take time to reflect, process, and integrate what’s surfaced — guided journaling prompts will be offered to support deeper insight.

Intention Setting
Close the session by anchoring your energy with thoughtful intentions with the rest of the group.

Your ticket will include a yummy snack and a brand new journal to work with throughout the session and beyond.
